Again, jugle not so very long ago. The Heritage Hotel, a massive development very popular with Malaysian tourists. Quite where the heritage is I am not sure. I think that they destroyed most of it in clearing the jungle to lay down the foundations.

Virgin jungle was cleared to build this attractive develoment. Why? I was asked to take a photo of a large Malay family infront of the Cameron Highland's sign - large, grey concrete. They didn't want the jungle in the background. Perhaps that's why.
Tanah Rata Tourist Information. Telephone boxes like these must shortly be a thing of the past. A SIM card here costs MR10 and includes calls. Phones are cheap too.
